• 11:00 am – 9:00 pm Set up - Fort Smith Centennial Arena

Saturday, May 1, 2010 - Fort Smith Centennial Arena

• 8:30 am to 10:30 am - Pancake Breakfast
• 9:00 am to  5:00 pm – Opening and Trade Show
• 10:00 am to 4:00 pm - Exhibitors Lounge
• 8:30 am to 4:30 pm – Concession

Door prizes, draws and stage show entertainment with a designated rest area will be held throughout the day.

• 10 x 10 exhibit booths
• 8’ high backwall drape
• 3’ high sidewall drape
• 1 800 watt electrical outlet

Booth Regulations

• No object must extend beyond your booth area
• You are responsible for your own booth and are to ensure that it is neat, tidy and safe at all times.
• Booths may be only set up during allotted time of Friday, April 30th  between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm. There will be no exceptions or extensions to this regulation. Please use double door entry at the rear of arena.
• The trade fair committee is at no time responsible for any articles used in the construction of your booth or as part of your booth display before, during or after the trade show
• Sound and smell levels should be avoided, to not interfere with your neighbours presentations
